COMMISSION TOS:

-you are free to use your commission as you see fit
-i have the right to turn down any commission i do not wish to take
credit is required if the art is used/uploaded outside of toyhouse
-i will not do refunds if i have started your commission, partial refunds can be discussed if needed
cancellations of reserved slots is okay, but if you do constant cancellations i will stop working with you
-i will NOT do major alterations if i have finished a piece. i will do small ones but not complete reworks
-i am not currently doing commercial work, but you are free to use my art for personal use/no profit merch

DESIGN TOS:

-Do not hide th profiles/or my art, i understand some people prefer to not have others see their personal ocs. Though, toyhouse is the only way i can keep track of my designs make sure no theft happens or even the design being traded to blacklisted users.-You're allowed to redesign my designs but not til they're unrecognizable.-do not bid/offer on characters unless you can afford it.-do not sell my designs for more then what you’ve purchased,-you’re allowed to turn any of my designs into cs/one-offs.-please dont advertise my designs for resales/trades on amino.-Do not reference my designs hardcore, you're allowed to be inspired by themes and my style of course! Though, i wont tolerate my designs being blatantly ripped off.-Do not whitewash any of my designs. (Your free to darken skintones though!)-Do not de-transition any of my visibly trans designs.-Do not use any of my designs for hate-speech/nasty stuff (like homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, pedo, zoo, ect…) this is an automatic blacklist.-nsfw art of my designs is permitted if you're over 18, and the character is 18+.- Please contact me if you want to use my design for commercial use (youtube, twitch, ect…)
